location is excellent! there are 2 train stations and terminal 21 right at the doorstep. the staff were helpful. though the room design is a little dated, but it was clean & cosy. will definitely stay here again if I come back to bkk.

MalaysiaRoom is confortable, but needs renovations, and phone system is not working well. The location is simply perfect. Breakfast is really good, but I would suggest they cover buffet with Glass and make compulsory people to wear masks, this is a problem.

MyanmarBreakfast buffet that comes with complimentary use of westin club which serves unlimited beer and wines during evening cocktails. Excellent Breakfast spread which include variety fresh juices and wheatgrass and ginger. Superb location next to asok subway station and terminal 21 mall, also near to stretch of small massage shops, less than 10min walk to healthland. Gym with sauna and steambath was excellent . Concierge staff was helpful in our bookings with healthland massage. Provided us with umbrellas too during raining days. All other Hotel staff were very friendly too
