The fine print
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and the credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
