Luxury 3-room apartment, fully furnished, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen, central heating, 3 air conditioning, 2 balconies and underfloor parking. The apartment is located in the tourist area and around 200 m from the Sousse beach. Central location. A good Internet connection with WiFi is available in all apartment (for free).
Safe, quiet, and new buildings on the tourist route (main street) of Sousse, Khzema. The apartment is right next to the Jinene Resort Hotel and the Jawhara FM radio station. The "Sun Street" cafe/restaurant is also right next to the residence. Near the apartment: - 3-minute walk from the beach. - 1-minute walk from restaurants and cafes. - 3-minute walk from the "Monoprix" supermarket, where you can buy all your groceries, including meat and fresh fish. - 3-minute walk from discos/clubs/bars. - 5-minute drive to Kantaoui. - 9-minute drive to the Old Town. - 30-minute drive to Monastir Airport and the city. - 35-minute drive to Enfidha Airport. Directly opposite the building there is a small shop, a currency exchange office, and a travel agency. The tourist area is full of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. But the apartment is very quiet because it's located at the back of the building.
