Villa Yar is a home from home, a deluxe holiday rental that you will not want to leave! Every room has a stunning sea view embraced by floor to ceiling doors leading onto balconies. Private terraces with multiple seating and dining options, sun beds, Jacuzzi and 13m heated swimming pool. Sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our villa without being overlooked, yet a short jump (walk, taxi or boat!) into Kalkan town where the fantastic shops, bars and restaurants will keep you occupied! We only have 5* reviews and many repeat guests.
We are an English couple who have built and designed Villa Yar. We love to travel the world and visit new places, however we fell in love with Kalkan and can never wait to go back each year. We simply love it - and are confident that you will too! We reinvest each year so the villa never looks tired, always fresh and constant improvements such as new sound systems!
Villa Yar looks over the bay of Kalkan therefore has sea, city and mountain views! There is so much to do in the area, from white sandy beaches to ancient ruins. The food, shopping and locals are all what helps make Kalkan one of the best places to spend your summer holiday. Kalkan old town is romantic and picture perfect. Nearby cities include Fethiye (1 hour) and Kas (30 minutes). Your nearest airport is Dalaman, 1hr 20 away.
