This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home is located on the beach boardwalk and boasts large outdoor decks, comfortable coastal interiors, a ping pong and foosball table for indoor entertainment and amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club. This Seabrook Island vacation home is beautifully furnished with two separate living areas and all the comforts of home. The freshly appointed main living area is a great place to relax after a fun day of outdoor activity, watch movies and sports on the 50 " flat screen smart TV and share family meals indoors or venture outside to the large, covered deck with outdoor seating for alfresco dining. Upstairs the loft den also offers a 50" flat screen smart TV, new sofa and comfy club chair, and a foosball table for extra gaming fun! A smaller deck is located here. The third bath is upstairs too with a stall shower. Back downstairs the updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless LG appliances is outfitted with everything you need to prepare your favorite Lowcountry favorites such as shrimp and grits. The granite bar with stool seating is a great place for a quick snack before heading back to the beach! When it’s time for bed, every guest can rest comfortably with new furnishings, high quality linens and freshly updated bathrooms with marble vanities. The king bedroom facing the back of the house offers nearly new furnishings and a 32" flat screen TV. The queen bedroom on the front side was also recently updated and offers a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player.
