Our property has the equipment to provide your family with all the comfort of home while on vacation! There is an open and Full-size kitchen with cookware, steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher and also a washer and dryer. You'll be spoiled with two spacious living space, each bedroom has it own Flat-Screen TV plus the game room with table tennis and foosball to have some extra hours of fun!! Outside you find a large patio with bbq grill and a great private pool with Spa to enjoy on sunny days!! Choose this great home and spend a pleasant holiday time!

Solterra Resort provides maximum style and value, carefully crafted to exceed expectations. The Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests with its own large pool area with an awesome water slide, hot tub, and a lot of sun loungers for everyone to enjoy the sunshine. You can always get a break from the hot Florida sun outside in the large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables! Solterra Resort also features an Air-conditioned clubhouse, gym, lounge with comfy sofas, playground area, Tennis courts (you will need your own balls and racket), and beach volleyball. Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. *Note: Guests who wish to utilize the Amenities, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

Once we are in receipt of the signed Registration Confirmation along with a copy of your photo ID, credit card and a selfie, check-in instructions will be emailed out to you providing you with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Check-in instructions are emailed 24 hours in advance of your arrival. In the event that you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise. Pool Heat is available for $150 minimum. Please be certain advise if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation.

    *Note: Guests who wish to utilize the Amenities, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. It costs $35 per house/ per stay.
