PLEASE NOTE BFORE YOU BOOK: --TWO MAX ADULTS PER ROOM --NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 (Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.) We area beautiful, idyllic, very clean small guesthouse with 5 bedrooms, two shared full bathrooms, one more toilet, spacious living/dining room and shared kitchen and two outdoor sitting areas and 3.5 acres to stroll on. Very close to Kona International airport. 20 minutes from Kona airport. High elevation 1,800 ft. Cool breezes. Very quiet tranquil setting on 4 acres horse pastureland. Very private. No noise. No neighbors. 5 minutes to nearby Matsuyama Food Mart with daily fresh food deli. 20 minutes to Kailua-Kona town and beaches. 15 minutes to Island Naturals Store and Deli. 10 min to Akamai Wash N Dry laundromat.

Greetings. My Japanese wife Kana and I are owners and your hosts at Aeolian Ranch. We are both well-traveled and well educated--Columbia University and Aoyama University, Tokyo. I am originally from Vermont/New England and Kana is from Japan. We used to live in Japan, although I have been a Big Island resident for 40 years so I know this island very well. We have a son and a daughter, and are experienced guesthouse owners/hosts and look forward to making your stay perfect. Our ranch house guesthouse has been totally remodeled for the last two months and now is beautiful.

No neighbors, no noise. Quiet. Solitude. Total privacy, high elevation 1,800 ft. with amazing panoramic ocean view. Secluded on our 4 acres of horse pastureland. Amazing panoramic ocean view. A quick 20 minutes from Kona airport. Only 5 minutes to nearby general store Matsuyama Food Mart with fresh food deli section. Kua Bay white sand beach only 20 minutes away. Famous Mountain Thunder coffee plantation 10 minutes above us on Kaloko Mountain. Akamai Wash N Dry laundromat only 10 minutes.
