Our tv volume did not work- we called maintenance- maintenance guy was very nice - his supervisor was very very rude and unprofessional- the guy that was working in our tv needed assistance abs the supervisor left us without volume and spoke rudely- besides that, the room was very very clean, the bar was exceptional, the indoor pool was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
