Adjacent is an expansive wrap around kitchen open to both the dining & living rooms, cabinets galore, granite counters, bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), beautiful ceiling lights, & fully equipped for all your cooking needs.  There is also a dining area with seating for 6.  Down the hallway is a full bath (tub/shower combo).  Across is br#2 that includes a Queen sized bed, while further down the hallway is br #1 master retreat, fully equipped with a King size bed, TV, & ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks & shower.   3RD LEVEL (loft area br#3 + 1ba + 2 decks) *NOTE this is an open loft space   A set of stairs leads you to the 3rd level loft area, a great space for children & includes a twin/full bunk bed bed with a pullout twin trundle.  This space also has a full bath (shower), 1 sun deck facing South & a separate North facing deck, both with beautiful blue sky views & outdoor seating. 4TH LEVEL (sky deck) Off the 3rd level deck is a set of stairs that leads to the flagship 4th level rooftop sky deck...our favorite spot to enjoy sunrises.
