This newly remodeled property features ocean views from the large shared patio, Smart TV, new appliances in the kitchen, and an extremely comfortable Queen size bed (Sleeps 4 guests, 2 adults max). *NOTE* There is no door to the bedroom. No parking is available onsite, but street parking is available nearby.  SECOND LEVEL Enter through the secure gate and head upstairs (no one above you!) to your bright & sunny 1 bedroom ocean view condo! Newly remodeled, you will enjoy the spacious 1 bedroom condo with new appliances in the kitchen, quartz counters, vinyl flooring, new furniture and Smart TV with all your favorite apps.
