You can’t beat the location at this spacious, five-bedroom townhome in Tower Shores! Just 50 yards from the community’s private beach, you can pack light - just grab your swimsuit and go. The Bethany Beach Boardwalk, downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach are all an easy drive. At home, you’ll love the gigantic deck - the largest in Tower Shores - and the huge, screened porch, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Newly renovated and pristine condition!
I use a 3rd party management company to handle the day to day oversight, but I'm here to make sure you have a wonderful vacation.
There is SO much to do here! First... the BEACH. Just a quick walk to the left and your toes will be in the sand. We have the good fortune of having Matt's Fish Camp also on our street. A wonderful spot for lunch, dinner, takeaway or happy hour. Of course, if you prefer to venture into downtown Bethany, you can ride your bike or hop in a 4 minute car ride. Or if you'd prefer to visit Dewey or Rehoboth, they are also just short car rides in the other direction.
