• Pet Friendly Hotel - $150 + 17% tax nonrefundable service fee will be applied at check-in for a maximum of (2) dogs up to 75lbs/each.

• Non-Smoking Property - $500 + 8.25% tax smoking fee for rooms discovered with smoke/vapor smell.
• Incidentals Policy - $100/night per room will be authorized for incidentals upon check in. Please be advised that use of your credit or debit card for authorization purposes or payment, your card issuer’s bank may hold authorizations for up to 3-10 business days or more before the funds are released back to your account.
• Breakfast rate includes a $20 voucher for up to two adults
