It's a prime spot for anglers and boating enthusiasts, with ample room to park a boat trailer (up to 28 feet) on the property and a boat launch within a quarter-mile of your door. Close by, you'll find Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters (a quarter-mile), the white sand of Sombrero Beach (five miles), and all sorts of restaurants, shops, and services. Begin each morning with a cup of coffee and a seat outside on the deck, where you'll be treated to peek-a-boo views of the water from sunrise to sunset. In fact, there's an outdoor space for every occasion here, whether you're taking a dip in the pool, reading in the shade of the patio downstairs, or barbecuing your fresh catch on the gas grill at golden hour. Upstairs on the second floor, the expansive living area maximizes natural light pouring in through large windows and three sets of deck doors. Downstairs, the cooled air-conditioned bonus room serves as a haven for kids, boasting a fridge, arcade games, a flatscreen TV, ample seating, office space, and a bathroom. Prepare meals effortlessly in the well-appointed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, then unwind in the evenings with your favorite movies on the living room's Roku TV. Retreat to one of two bedrooms upstairs, including a primary suite, both equipped with Roku TVs for your entertainment. Downstairs, discover a storage area equipped with a television, desk, and a third bathroom, conveniently positioned for pool days.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 35 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
