The building provides only valet parking for guest that are staying for a period less than 14 days. If you are staying for 14 days or more please reach out to us and we will organize complimentary parking for the duration of your stay. Kindly find parking fees below to be paid directly to the resort during check-in and they are not included in the payment for the property. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): 0-6 Hours: 15USD 6-12 Hours: 20USD 12-24 Hours: 35USD No overnight rates. IMPORTANT: To save on time and ensure a smooth check-in please provide your email address and expect a dotloop email containing agreements for you to review and sign. Keep in mind the signed documents must be submitted to the building 48 hours prior to your check-in. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of USD500.
