Each spacious suite at this hotel in Miami Beach offers Wi-Fi. This European-style hotel offers direct beach access and features 2 outdoor pools and private beach access. Love the interior and colors. Love the location by the sea. Love the area.
Too crowded and out of control. People playing football next to our dinner table and had the ball nearly hit us a few times. Pot smoke every where so plan on getting high just walking down the street. This is not the South Beach ten years ago. Go to Ft Lauderdale if you want less craziness.
Watch eating on ocean drive.. Side from them being super annoying you always have to check your bill for added charges they tried to charge me $45 for four cokes.. go to the Clevelander Steve is the best bartender...
Ocean Drive is great for food scenery and the tourist hype of Miami but definitely not a place I will go to every day on my vacation unless it is your first time in Miami servers can be quite aggressive to get you to eat at their restaurants
Horrible I’d been visiting Miami since I was a little girl, now in my mid forties, all I can say ocean drive is horrible, losts is drunks, crazy people walking around, loud people. there is always something going on there that requires police presence. Not what ii used to be, looks very cheap. Beware of the drunks and the crazies :).
We loved the Deco architecture and highly recommend taking tours through the Preservation Society. Our visit coincided with the Deco Festival, which greatly enhanced our visit. We took walking tour of the Wynwood mural area, Little Havana and the bus with 90 minute boat ride. The night cityscape was stunningly beautiful. Miami is a must visit!
If you don’t like crowds, a city that NEVER sleeps, $25, $35, $45 drinks, gratuity added to your 2 party total, people asking for money, hotel restaurants employees trying lure you for drinks, sexiness everywhere, and drag shows, scammers and FUN This is the place for you!
Great location away from hustle and bustle of Ocean Drive. Walking distance to many nice lounges, restaurants, Whole Foods, pharmacies, post office, etc. Rooms are spacious, have modern design, tons of light and super quiet. Very attentive staff and a bonus coffee shop on the first floor though I never went there since the hotel supplies coffee capsules for coffee machine in the room.
We loved the staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful! The hotel provided beach towels, helped us coordinate with the local buses, exchanged cash (you need small bills on the bus), and kept our luggage on the first and last days of our stay. The location is perfect - 2 min walk to the beach, all best restaurants and parties are right there on the Ocean drive.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we arrived. We arrived on empty stomach and recommended great restaurants. The hotel is located in the better section ( I would say). It's on the quieter side of Ocean Drive, you can see alot more families compared to the bustle of the main strip. The hotel was a short walking distance to the beach.
Location on Ocean Drive was perfect, and to the beach and decor surrounding hotel. Great that hotel offered free beach chairs and towels. We came to this hotel after being on a cruise for a week. Breakfast was included which was a nice perk, but we were not able to use on our 2nd day due to our flights out of Miami.
Location is perfect near to Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive ,beach is just at the back of the hotel . Rooms suite and bathrooms are large enough but needs some updating. Staff are nice and helpful . The smell in the hotel lobby rooms hallway was great .
Location is amazing, one block away from the Ocean Drive and the beach. Collins Avenue is a great spot. You can walk everywhere in South Beach from the hotel. Beach is 5 minutes away. There are restaurants around.
Location was good. Main hotel back 1 street from Ocean Drive, but our room was in another building located closer to Ocean Drive so there was a little more noise late at night from Wet Willies.
The hotel had great location, right in the middle of South Beach. The actual beach is right across the street, and the street is Ocean Drive. No need to say much more.
I liked the location of the hotel from ocean drive
Avoid Ocean Drive to avoid tourist-style restaurants, though some are very good. Probably the further you venture from the beach and Lincoln Road would, the more likely you find local restaurants.
Stroll Collins Ave and Lincoln Road. Of course include Ocean Drive where is good to get a drink at sunset. Espagnola Way should be visited for a nice dinner.Botanic Garden is also easy to reach for good walkers.
is easy to find more variety of foods on ocean drive and 10th st in south beach
Avoid restaurants on ocean drive that do not display prices on their menus!!! Especially when they lure you in for their 'buy 1 get 1 free' then you find out the '1' cost $40 - without tax and without the 18% service charge that as added on top at EVERY restaurant/bar along ocean drive
Every place its touristy cause it's a tourist city, but ocean drive is definitely more tourist orientated
