This elegant, beachy townhouse is just the place for your sunny Florida vacation. The home boasts quality furnishings, incredible views, and proximity to the beach. Inside, relax in the comfort of the living room and stream your favorite shows. Step out onto the screened lanai for some fresh air and take in the amazing views. Prepare meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. Dine at the breakfast nook or at the table fit for six. Rest well at night; each bedroom has been uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. Additional highlights include a private washer/dryer, cable, and access to a shared pool. Also provided are four beach chairs, beach towels, and other beach gear, so you can be sure to be fully prepared for your oceanside adventures. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
