Two bedrooms have one twin size floor mattress, and one has two, good for kids and teens aged 3-16. Now, the GREAT ROOM on the second floor is where everything is – it's got a living and dining area, a place to watch TV, and a nice kitchen. And if you need extra sleeping space, there are two sofa queen size beds, one on each end of the room – handy! Lots of parking for 3 vehicles which is a rare find for a beach area – a medium SUV fits in the garage, a big SUV, truck, or van in the carport, and a regular car in tandem.
