Country Club Villas 220  offers outstanding views of the Pacific blue and of the Kona Country Club golf course.   This spacious unit is located on the 2nd floor which means no stairs and will accommodate 4 guests.  The condo is well stocked for the perfect Kona Vacation and offers fabulous ocean and golf course views.  The living area has floor-to-ceiling glass windows so that the view is seen when you immediately enter the condo, is equipped with AC, ceiling fan & comfortable furnishings. The primary bedroom includes a Cal-king bed, TV, AC and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.  The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and access to a second bathroom also with a walk-in shower.  The kitchen if fully equipped for you to whip up a meal to eat at home, easy to enjoy dinners while taking in the famous Kona Sunsets! Country Club Villas is in the highly-sought area of Keauhou. You are a very short drive to downtown Kailua-Kona, or walk to one of the Shuttle pick-ups that will take you to downtown and beyond. Walk to famous Keauhou Bay where you can paddle board and ocean kayak.  Great snorkel trips, including the night snorkel with manta rays, launch from the Bay or you can walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park - one of the best snorkel spots on the Big Island. Walk to shopping and great dining at Keauhou Shopping Center or to the Outrigger Keauhou for more dining, manta ray viewing or a luxurious day spa. Country Club Villas is a very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and tropical flowers. The complex offers 3 swimming pools, complex BBQs, 2 spas and 2 tennis/pickleball courts as well. This is a non-smoking (including lanais and outside grounds) and no pets property.  There is a nice designated smoking area near the main entrance. Minimum night varies seasonally 7 -10 nights.
