Experience ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Bald Mountain at this three-level condo nestled at the base of Warm Springs. The lifts are waiting right out back, and they can even be viewed from any of the condo's windows! After a thrilling day of skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or fishing, you'll come home to a heated community pool (open seasonally) where you can relax those tired bones. Warm Springs Lodge is right next door, offering a food court where you can get coffee at the Konditorei before your day of skiing and hot buttered bourbon at the bar afterward. Downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley are just a few miles away, where you'll find more entertainment and dining in every season. Come summer, this area offers so much, including numerous hiking trails, paragliding excursions, various access points for a day of fishing. THINGS TO KNOW Association WiFi can be unreliable, and difficult to stream media. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and then again from Thanksgiving through April 15.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
