Renovated Multi-Family ideal for your getaway in Miami. All furnished apartments, fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with complete utensils, wifi, smart tv, shared washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises. No cleaning during the stay - Online check-in, no front desk on property. We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging. Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost. A dog is allowed in the unit and it has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message. It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.
