Two separate units; each home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a laid-back open floor plan for cooking, dining and living that opens into a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard with a garden patio, dining chairs, charcoal grill and a private hot/cold outdoor shower. This family and pet friendly townhome is decorated with lively colors and eye-catching features to make you feel right at home on Folly. Downstairs, the home has a laid-back open floor plan where family and friends can gather together in the comfortable living and kitchen area with a quintessential dining nook. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter space. Just off the kitchen, there a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, including a queen size pull out sofa for additional sleeping. With the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, this apartment will easily give you space to enjoy your privacy as well.  Both bedrooms have comfy king size beds with upgrade linens, custom wardrobes, and a flat screen TVs.
