This incredible cabin/guest house sits on a 3 acre pond on 27 acres where you will have your own private resort. Built in 2023/24 and 5 minutes from Hot Springs, you have your own private park to walk in the woods and see wildlife out your front door. Quiet and serene with plenty of fishing right out your front door. There’s some big lunkers in there if you can catch them. The property is private and the guest house sits behind the owners house/shop. 1 bedroom with queen bed and a loft that has 4 twin beds. The full bathroom is shared. Parking is behind the shop at the gate. You cannot park right next to the cabin as we are trying to preserve our land but its only a few feet to the front door from the gate. Young children under the age of 10 are not recommended for this property due to loft and pond. Smart TVs run off your hotspot. No Wi Fi but good cellular in the area. No pets allowed.
We built this guest house for our family and then decided we also want to share our beautiful 27 acre park with others. Our cabin was a labor of love and we completed most of the work inside and out ourselves. It was finished this year 2024. Our family enjoys the outdoors and loves fishing! Outdoor Swing and a place to swing your canopy. Beautiful scenery and wildlife to watch. Please be our guest and enjoy!
5 minutes to Hot Springs, you are close to all amenities and shopping is only a 10 minute drive. There is a Walmart within 10 minutes. Its only a 10 minute drive to Lake Hamilton and 15 minutes to Lake Ouachita. Oaklawn Racetrack is 10 minutes and to go to our beautiful National Park it is a 15 minute drive. Recommended breakfast nearby is Sunshine Store, Greg’s Rose and Dine, English Muffin or the Best Cafe. Close by restaurants are Los Roosters for Mexican and Lost Creek Grill that has excellent choices for a great dinner!
