This cozy and updated Fraser 1 bedroom condo is on the ground floor level and across the parking lot from the main clubhouse. In the living room has a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, sofa sleeper and fireplace. A small alcove provides a spot for the dining area with seating for 6 persons and access to the private patio with mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has updated new appliances, counter tops, and painted cabinets. One full bathroom. STR#100434
