Winter Park Mountain Lodge is set in Winter Park and has a year-round indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and ski storage space, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Private parking is available on... The hotel is wonderful, nice staff, good quality swimming pool, hot tub, cheap pool in the bar. You can play board games. Very nice place. Recommend everybody. Also, cheap rental of ski and snowboard.
Located in the center of Winter Park Ski Resort village, Founder’s Pointe and Fraser’s Crossing offers accommodations with covered balconies or patios and an outdoor gas fireplace and barbecue... I loved the cleaniness.I loved the location u we're right by the shuttle. I loved the convience of booking the property, and Logan was the best!!! It was a wonderful stay. I will be returning. Also the check-in process was the easiest ever.
Located in Winter Park, 3.1 miles from Winter Park Resort, Vasquez Creek Inn features a bar, as well as free WiFi. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. You had me at Lavazza coffee pods in the room and pretty mugs, a watercolor of the Duomo and a beautiful bedding and sumptuous comforter and pillows. We wanted a European Inn experience, not a chain hotel. The reviews were great and the location seemed perfect. All was as described. All the rooms are the second floor (no elevator) and the morning cafe and restaurant are on the first floor. The Inn is situated along Vasquez Creek so you can open your window at night and listen to the rushing creek. There is a wonderful hot tub next to the creek - we were not able to partake as on water restrictions for a while but I think this is a "must do" for guests. We were given $10 gift vouchers for breakfast in Cafe Giocondo. I had the croissant french toast and my husband had a croissant breakfast sandwich - all freshly made. They all offered very nice cereals, acai bowls and Benedict, omelet options all very reasonably priced. If you like to roam to a breakfast buffet in your pajamas, robe and flipflops, this may not be the best place. It's quiet and genteel. The bedding is amazingly soft - sheets, comforter and pillows. This is an older hotel that has been gently renovated keeping in the style of a Euro inn. If you have traveled to Europe and stayed in a family owned inn with a cafe and bar on the first floor, you will get this arrangement. If you need a resort set up, there are other options. I vote it romantic because it is quiet and comfy. Please note at the time we were there, there is construction going on across the river. In Winterpark, you aren't in your room during the day so this did not bother us. Another plus is this Inn is right across from Tourist Info and Chamber of Commerce. Also, we did not get to eat at Volario's for dinner, but the menu looks stunning and you can sit outside on the patio by the creek. Who wouldn't like hanger steak with truffle gnocchi? Enjoy!
Located in Arapaho National Forest just 150 yards away from the chairlift, this Winter Park Resort Village resort offers on-site skiing, ski hire and ski lessons. Free Wi-Fi is included. Loved this place! We enjoyed the hot tub, the beds were so comfy, our room got a bit hot but nothing too crazy, we had a fan that we left running pretty much 24/7. Maybe a swamp cooler could come in handy for the hot summer days in the room. The property was really clean and well kept, we highly recommend Fraser crossing even if you're not into skiing and are just here to relax after a long week of moving. We'll be coming back soon.

There is a lot of winter activities available within a short driving distance. The eating establishments were pricey for what you received. It seems that some of the food left overs and was reheated in the microwave.
Something for everyone! Blues greens black even blues at the tippy top! Good music at the Gondola and relaxing apps and drinks happy hour at Sunset with fabulous view and sunset 😊 Super nice shuttle driver, took Home James to Denver Airport for a reasonable price so I didn’t have to drive by myself through the mountains and Denver traffic, I didn’t need a car there Nice big hot tub if you like that
Winter months are great for ski, snowboard, and nordic skiing. There are a couple hills for tubing, that are excellent for families or a large group of friends. Summer months turn to mountain biking and hiking. The town has free music events at the amphitheater during the summer as well. There are several restaurants in town that are great places to hangout. I would suggest Deno's for upscale, casual dining, Pepe Osaka's for fish tacos and tequila, Smokehouse for BBQ, and Randi's if you feel a need for some Irish whiskey or grub. There is a market in the middle of town that can fill most of your other needs. Winter Park is not very large, a quick walk will have you from one end of town to the other. The town does have a free shuttle bus as well. All in all, Winter Park is great little mountain town for a day trip or ski vacation.
The Ditch has great service and great burgers! Ski Biking at Winter Park Resort was much easier than anticipated and a heck of a lot a fun! (Thanks Ken!) The town is very easy to navigate with the free shuttle/taxi service after 5 pm.
Winter Park is a fantastic place to stay and ski! Lots of things to do and great skiing! huge mountain, fast lifts, varied terrain. Great place to learn with caring instructors! Learn at any age 3 to 73!
Awesome. Usually go to warm places, Vegas, Orlando, Fl Keys. First time in the snow and it was great. Never thought I would enjoy 0 degree weather but I did not even feel it when skiing. Take your own food to cook if you are a health nut. Every meal was like 10000 calories. The cold and snow activities make you burn it off though.

The place is very well located. Right across from a shuttle stop that takes you directly to Winter Park Resort (5 min drive), and it’s within walking distance of hotels and a dispensary next door ;) Rooms are clean and spacious and staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
