The breakfast bar includes four comfy stools for a quick meal before heading out for a day of adventure at Walt Disney World Resort, just 14 miles north! WHAT’S NEARBY This home is located in the gated resort community of ChampionsGate, half a mile east of the Oasis Club. You'll find such fantastic shared amenities as a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a kids' splash area, a hot tub, a well-equipped gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, a game room, a restaurant, and bars. Just beyond the resort grounds, you can tee off at one of the many championship golf courses in the area or spend a day at Universal's Islands of Adventure (20 miles) or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22 miles). THINGS TO KNOW Pool heat is available for a minimum of three nights from October 1st to May 1st for an additional fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
