The home’s prime location puts you just across from the shuttle stop, only a short ride to Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek. The inviting living room offers leather sofas and a plush armchair. Gather in front of the fireplace and sip hot cocoa while watching a movie on the 42” TV. The spacious kitchen is open to the living area and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wine fridge. The chef in your group will appreciate the high-end appliances - including a Viking gas range. Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table or at the island that seats three. In the morning, an espresso machine is on hand to help get your day started. Make a light meal in the kitchenette and gather at the table in the separate lower-level studio apartment. Relax on the sofa and and watch shows on the 32” TV. An adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination. The bedroom features a full-size bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The main-floor primary bedroom boasts a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a double-sided gas fireplace (which also faces into the bathroom). An en suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Enjoy the gas fireplace as you soak in the tub. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
