Beautifully remodeled Private owned Studio, Located in the historic Art Deco Casablanca Condominium with pool and private access to the beach. with two double beds with a fully equipped kitchen, including utensils, cable television, free Private Wifi, Renovated bathroom and walking closed with safe. Small grocery store located in the building. Laundry facilities on every floor. It is a great family unit! House Rules: Guest Must Register at Front desk upon arrive. For your stay you will be supplied 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels. There is no linen or cleaning service provided during your stay. You will be given a starting amount of toilet paper and paper towels. Any extra that is needed, needs to be purchased by the guest. There are a coin paid washer and dryers on each floor. Please close the windows when running the AC. No Smoking inside. Thank you!
