Our team ensures that each unit is artfully decorated, with hand-picked art and furniture to reflect the cultural vibe of the city. Apartments come with comfortable beds and pillows, crisp linens, soft towels and all the essentials and amenities a guest might need during their stay. OCCUPANCY RULES Building Management has strict occupancy rules. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirements. NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. CHECK IN: Check in is strictly from 4pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately. CHECK OUT: The check-out is 11am. LUGGAGE STORAGE: Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for a fee per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly. MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT: If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you a fee per missing item. LOST ITEMS: We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

BOOKING RULES: After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible. ***Must be 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. No third party bookings unless agreed by StayCozy. If you're booking on behalf of others please let us know prior to your booking. ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

Miami Heat play their games just a couple miles down the road at the FTX Arena if you happen to be in town during the season.
