Great group vacations come easy at this lovely home just one mile from Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters and four miles from the Turtle Hospital. Several common spaces (each with comfortable couches set up for groups) mean that there's room for everyone to come along. Chill in the central air conditioning indoors, or take in some wholesome sunshine on the screened-in balcony. Of course, nothing beats relaxing in a private pool with a view of the canal. Enjoy a swim, relax poolside, or cook up your catch of the day on the private gas grill. Landlubbers will be happy cooking indoors in the full kitchen featuring an extra-long breakfast bar. Seafaring guests can tie off their boat at this home's private dock and enjoy a fish cleaning station and bait freezer between ventures out on the water. Take out one of the home's kayaks and explore the area. There'll be a spot next to the pool for you when you get back. Coming up from the lower level, guests can find the first bedroom down the hallway on the other side of the stairwell. This cute fish-themed room features a TV for guests to enjoy. Next door, the hall bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. At the end of the hall, the second bedroom features a lovely view of local palm trees and a TV. The third bedroom across the hall is the main bedroom of the home - guests of this space can enjoy not just a TV, but also a deluxe en suite bathroom with double sinks and a tiled standalone shower. The compact fourth bedroom is reachable through a passage from the main bedroom and features extra seating and a private entrance to the screened-in balcony. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for additional guest comfort. THINGS TO KNOW Pool heat is available from April to November. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. One bedroom is connected directly to the main bedroom. Guests must stay for a minimum of seven nights, per the city of Marathon.
