It is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms, renting out 2 of them with a full bathroom(All of that, upstairs). I have 3 well educated and trained dogs. We are close to the entrance of the Florida Keys, minutes from the Everglades National Park, a Rodeo, Speedway, museums, a famous "Robert is Here" where you can get fresh tropical fruits, homemade sweets and fruit bars, sakes and smoothies from fresh fruits. Boat trips on the everglades visiting wildlife and a beautiful landscape. I would allow a small pet subject to pet fees policy. Cats in crates, small dogs only.
I am a professor, bilingual (English/Spanish) I love my daughter, my dogs, my office at home, love music, beach. I've met many people who have rented in my property, which has been an A + in getting more knowledge about other cultures.
A nice new and fresh neighborhood development at Florida City, The First Continental City of USA entering from the south, and southern most Continental City of USA. Quiet, it is a dog lover community, amicable and welcoming place.
