You'll be a matter of steps from historic Main Street and the Peak 9 base area at Breckenridge Ski Resort when you escape to this condo in the highly desirable downtown community of Main Street Station. Enjoy 1,260 square feet of living space with a gas fireplace to warm you after a day spent on the slopes, a well-appointed kitchen to assist in preparing meals when you're not dining out on the town, and a balcony overlooking the property's courtyard. Spend your mornings skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, or golfing, and your afternoons indulging in fantastic shared amenities, including a spacious outdoor swimming pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness center. Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 a short stroll from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore. Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
