This beautifully updated 2 bedroom/1 bath condo sleeps 7 and is just steps away from the beach. The spacious carpeted balcony has a lovely ocean view. The first floor hosts the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 25 in, HD, flat-screen tv, with local channels, cable TV, and Chromecast. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. The roomy bathroom has a tub/shower and a stackable washer/dryer combo. The comfortable living and dining room accommodates 2 on the pull-out, sleeper sofa, and a 40 inch flat-screen tv with cable. The second-floor loft has three twin beds and a skylight that lets in natural light. The unit comes with one parking space, Wi-Fi, free bed linens, and towels. This 3rd floor, unit has elevator access and keyless entry, and it sits on prime property, which has an outdoor, in-ground pool and a paved courtyard. No walking is required because you are only a few steps from the beautiful Garden City Beach. There's plenty of restaurants, retail establishments, and entertainment venues nearby. Discounts available for monthly bookings. Snowbird Friendly!
