Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this spacious end unit town home with lots of room to relax. Olive Way 106 is in a great location and it would be perfect for two families getting together! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo has over 1,860 SF of living area! As you first enter this coastal rental, you are greeted to a small foyer area with a hallway extending to the back. Bedroom #1 is on the left - with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and TV. On the right you'll find a blast of sunshine in Bedroom #2 - having two Twin-sized beds and opening up to the private courtyard area. There is one full bathroom downstairs as well as a stack-able washer/dryer. Once you arrive on the 2nd floor, you will find a large open floor plan for the den and dining room. Hardwood flooring, lots of windows and light colored furniture make this a perfect gathering place! The den has a TV and DVD player and a selection of movies if you have the extra time.
