We have taken the old school beautiful beach house of South Forest and completely overhauled it into a 5 star vacationers dream while leaving in the old school charm. This house has 6 bedrooms, a brand new pool, beach, and location! Come holiday in paradise.
This is a quiet neighborhood located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. You are located close to Coligny which has over 60 shops and restaurants. This is the first street neighborhood from the back gate to Sea Pines, which has great restaurants and marinas. This neighborhood has a gorgeous beach path to a very quiet beach shared by only homes, no major resorts. Frequent Asked Q & A: Is the pool large enough for a family or is it a dipping pool? *The pool is large enough for a big group to enjoy. It is 20 ft in length with a small waterfall! It is 5 ft. at its deepest. How do you get to the beach? *The property is on the same side of the road as the beach. The property is connected to a beach path that goes in between homes and opens up to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head. Is the beach private? *No, it is not private but close to it. All beaches on HHI are public, the access points are what is private. It is a little over 1 mile to Coligny in one direction and a little over a mile to the Sea Pines Beach Club in the other direction which pushes the crowds in both direction. A little slice of paradise one might say.
