The fine print
The property does not allow smoking inside and there is a $275 fee if anyone smokes inside to clean the deodorize. Pets are not allowed at the property and there is a $150 cleaning fee for any pet brought on to the premises.
There is no loud music allowed outside based on the HOA rules, and no music outside after 10:00 pm. The owners do not live close by, so any items left after checkout will be discarded. Checkout time is 10:00 am and Checkin time is 4:00 pm. Late checkout is $25 for an additional hour only upon approval.
Since the unit is rented all the time, guests need to check out on time and will be charged an additional day at the daily rate $325 and cleaning fee of $145 if they have not vacated the unit within two hours of the scheduled checkout time. All checkouts require advance approval because the Cottage is booked back to back on most days.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
