ABOUT US:
We are a local brand on the rise of thoughtfully curated, all-inclusive, comfortable vacation rentals with first-class professional hospitality. We have waterfront properties and paddle board rentals in Alaska to enjoy coastal exploration and beautiful sunrises as well as our newest addition "THE DROP-IN" ski condo, in Crested Butte, CO.
We strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Please review all provided information carefully to facilitate a smooth check-in and an exceptional stay at THE DROP-IN.
AC DISCLOSURE
Like most of Gunnison County, this condo does not have air conditioning available. Two ceiling fans and a portable box fan are in the unit along with a large screened window.

This suite is privately owned within The Grand Lodge Condominium Association.

NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN:
Please note that check-in is managed directly through us; the front desk will not have your reservation details.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
We require that you sign a rental agreement before your arrival. This agreement outlines important terms and conditions related to your stay and the use of the hotel amenities. You will receive a message with a link to the rental agreement a week before your check in.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen weather delays or other disruptions.
RESORT FEE:
A resort fee is required for all reservations at this property. This fee is mandated by the HOA and helps maintain the shared resort amenities available to guests.
LAUNDRY ACCESS:
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site for guest use.
Please note: we do not supply laundry detergent or quarters.
Cancellation Policy Note: Please be aware that a 5% credit card fee is non-refundable should you cancel your reservation at any time.
