This is a 1 Bedroom Condo and sleeps up to 6 people. There is a King Bed in the bedroom, Queen sofa in the living room, twin pull out chair in the living room, and a twin roll away bed in the closet for you to put in the bedroom or living room offering flexibility. The search for the perfect beach place is over you’ve found your Vitamin Sea! There are stunning Atlantic Ocean views, Halifax River views, and the city view that lights up at night offering a spectacular view from this high rise 24th-floor condo. Ocean Walk offers 5 pools including a lazy river, indoor putt-putt golf, billiard room, fitness center, game room, and business center. Walk to the Pier, shops, restaurants, and the beach with pristine sands stretching before you in your own backyard. Amenities You’ll Love: No charge for up to 6 guests. Please be honest so I can have enough towels set up for your stay, ACCOMODATES up to 6 GUESTS (KING BED, QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER, TWIN CHAIR SLEEPER, TWIN ROLL AWAY BED, & CRIB). Air mattress will be provided as optional. The resort is located in the middle of everything! No vehicle required. Walk to shops, restaurants, boardwalk, water park, & Pier. We are the only resort with 5 pools and on the ocean. You can use the crosswalk in South Tower 4th to safely cross the street to public parking and more restaurants and shops. Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort is right on the ocean and you will get this unit as pictured. Bubba Gump, Sloppy Joe's, Pier, and Bandshell are within walking distance. Daytona International Speedway is about 15 minutes away. Disney, Kennedy Space Center, St Augustine, Marine Land is about 30 minutes away. DeLeon Springs is a great place to explore. Condo comes with 1 free garage parking. You will not need your car since everything is within walking distance. There is a overhead crosswalk to safely cross the street for more shopping and restaurants. It is located in the South Tower 4th floor.
