I think most of the homestays in Tam Coc are similar, but this one gets amazing reviews for the service it provides. Obviously, the homestay is hidden 50m from the main street, so you don't get the noise. Room and bathroom are big, and everything is clean. I work online and internet was great, no issues with my video calls. But as I said, it's the hospitality that wins you over any other stay in Tam Coc. I am a late sleeper and had my included breakfasts even at noon, they were more than happy to accomodate me. I also broke my bag on the way to here, and they fixed it for me. Also, they let me stay in the room 5 hours after check out time because my bus was in the afternoon. The lady that owns the homestay has helped me book the bus and some trips, and it was actually cheaper than in other places I checked. Overall, amazing experience, very welcoming family and beautiful accomodation. Highly recommend.

This is an absolutely breath taken place, beautiful well manicured gardens and plants.. court yard is very tranquil. The family is amazing.. and treat you like a family member.. super helpful with tours, bus, taxi.. anywhere.. breakfast was great and personal. Room beautifully designed ans super spacious .. on a quite street in the middle of Tam coc. A nice touch of a table with chairs just outside youre door, . walk to everywhere.. I could live here.. But Linh, might get sick of me just hanging around eating her food.

The couple that runs this home stay are incredibly nice! Would definitely recommend. The place is new and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and talking with the host. She was very helpful with arranging a taxi van to the airport and recommending places around the area.
