The fine print
According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, guests are required to present their photo identification, passport or birth certificate of every passenger upon check-in.
Guests are responsible for self-checking room furnishing and facilities, food/drinks in mini-bar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the Hotel.
For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in.
Guests may experience disturbances and noises from 09:00 until 16:00 at Bay View Restaurant. The property apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly present children's birth certificate(s) upon check-in. If children's birth certificates are not provided, their age will be converted based on their height.
Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.
