Gorgeous views from most of the space, this 2 bedroom Mouille Point apartment has a great location, walking distance to some lovely restaurants and coffee shops. The living area and kitchen are open plan with great views. The master bedroom also shares the same views and the 2nd bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment. Both bedrooms are en-suite. LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP This home has backup power for the lights, Wifi and Entertainment. The building lift works during load shedding. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. All bookings with us require NoxCover. This is administrated by SuperHog, a globally recognised trust and safety company.
