We loved the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the quiet of the neighborhood, comfortable beds, and ease with which we could call an Uber and have one arrive within a few minutes. Easy walkability to Government Street and from there to the V&A Wharf area. Also, they gave us a physical map, which helped us plan routes/etc., rather than having to be too reliant on our phones.

I thought the breakfast was exceptional and the location excellent

Location is arguably the best in Camps Bay being right in the middle of a vibrant restaurant strip. The breakfast was delightful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The view from our sea view room was exactly as described. Our dining experience was both delicious and engaging as the staff ensured that everything was "just right". Simple inclusions that many other hotels charge for made our stay even better. Like fresh milk delivered to our room without charge, the complementary mini-bar with delicious fresh juices and snacks, a breakfast box for our early departure.

From the moment you walk in you are transferred into holiday mode. The facilities are world class from the reception area with its unique scent to the gym and sauna and last but no means least the pool deck with the views of the sea is just breathtakingly beautiful

The staff and management team, led by the exceptional Adrian and Xolani, were courteous, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their dedication to delivering exceptional service was evident in every interaction. We left feeling valued and impressed.
