We came to Cape Town to run Two Oceans Marathon and were looking for the location near the start line. That was exactly the place we wanted. Besides, it is lockated close to the shops, restaurants in a very quite, peacefull, green area. The appartments were big, clean, comfortable and very cosy. We found all the facilities at the appartments. There is a garage which we used because we rented a car. But most of all I would like to mention the hospitality, assistance and kindness of Brandon - the householder. He did everything to make our stay pleasant. The cost was absolutely reasonable. We can recommend this place to all who is coming to Cape Town and next year plan to come here again.

A spacious 3 bedroom Secure Townhouse with Private garage. Walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants in Newlands Village and Cavendish Square within the leafy suburb of Newlands. Fast Fibre Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and a cleaner available 3 times per week. Working desk space in each room and small outdoor garden. Forrester's, Barristers and many trendy eateries on your doorstep. A 2 minute walk to the Vineyard Hotel and Spa and a 10 minute drive to the City Centre /Waterfront.

A lovely leafy upmarket area. The townhouse is within walking distance to all the Trendy pubs and restaurants in Newlands Village. Walking distance to Cavendish Square and close to all the road links to many wineries and Tourist attractions. A great location which is safe and secure. Many restuarants and pubs and the Cavendish Mall all within walking distance. The Townhouse has its own private parking space in a secure garage.
