NOTE: The apartment has had some decorative changes that are not reflected in the current images. Located in a secure block, this stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment has modern finishings and some of the best views in Camps Bay. The apartment is also a short 5 minute walk down to Camps Bay beach and the Promenade. As you enter the apartment you will see the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The open plan dining room has seating for 8 and the living room opens onto the spacious balcony with breathtaking sea views. The master bedroom has access to the balcony. The second bedroom has large doors which open onto a courtyard and the swimming pool. Leading down from the pool, the two downstairs bedrooms have separate outdoor entrance and both have access to a pebble courtyard. The third and fourth bedroom are inter leading with the fourth bedroom housing a small kitchen and a couch. All the bedrooms are en suite. There is secure parking in the complex for one car. The bedrooms downstairs are self-contained units. Air-con is available throughout the property. All bookings with us require NoxCover. This is administrated by SuperHog, a globally recognised trust and safety company. You will be contacted by SuperHog directly soon after making your booking to complete your verification and damage deposit.
