This is an amazing, independently owned apartment located within a hotel in the CBD. This unit is spacious, has luxurious finishes and is perfect for the lone traveller looking to be somewhere central and secure with 24hr security. There are also some hotel amenities you can make use of, at a very reasonable fee, which would need to be paid at the Reception area. There is a dedicated work space if you need to catch up on e-mails or the outside world, wifi as well as a smart TV for Netflix

Neighborhood info

The building is nestled inside a square that has 4 other hotels and various small businesses. There are multiple banks in the area as well as a large number of fantastic restaurants, Clicks & Dischem with all toiletries and essentials, Food Lovers Market with food and groceries, Laundromat - all +- 150m away for anything and everything you may need. The building is also +- 60m from a large Burger King as well as a cash superette selling all essentials, food, drinks, toiletries etc. Additionally there is a Picardi Rebel +- 60m away for any alcoholic beverages you may wish to get. The Waterfront is +- 10 minutes walk away, Artscape Theatre +- 5 minutes walk away, CTICC +-5 minutes walk way.
