great views over the city from my room and the upstairs balcony. room was well-appointed in all respects. loved the full-length block-out curtains both functionally and aesthetically. the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. any issues I had were sorted within a day or two. the check-in process was also a breeze - no hold-ups and lengthy contracts to sign.
