The room is cleaned everyday. The gentleman at the restaurant is very helpful. He assisted us very much. Our flight back to AU leaves later that night. The staff allowed us to stored our luggage for a couple of hours free of charge. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay in Switzerland.
