The room is modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is hearty! I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. It’s also very quiet. They even have a kiosk that you can book tickets through. Our Uber app wasn’t working so we were able to use the kiosk.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena. It features a bar, a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi access. Went to a concert at the O2 and I would definitely stay here again. Easy to get to the venue, bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Fairly standard ibis, nice staff!

Good location, close to subway, friendly staff, very welcoming, child friendly, we liked the gifts for the kids. Breakfast was very good and diversified.

Guests can reach central London in 45 minutes on the Piccadilly Line, or 15 minutes on the Heathrow Express. Most of it, I love the location so easy to go anywhere from there as the bus stop is just 5 minutes walk.

The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Westfield Stratford City shopping centre can both be reached within a 15-minute walk. The room itself was perfect as well as the staff. The bathroom inside the room had very unique design, like a spaceship bathroom... It had this very unique and futuristic touch, really lovely. Also, the hotel per se was really nice, well equipped. There is a kettle and tea cups with free tea and coffee on the table, enough storage space for all your things (we had just backpacks, so we didn't need it), bed is very comfy. There's train station nearby with the connection to lots of lines and a shopping centre in front of the station

The room was clean, and the soundproof was of good quality. The bed was comfortable and I must say that because it is a budget hotel, I expected worse, but I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The shower doors close perfectly well without a drop seeping out; this is a problem with many non budget hotel room bathrooms/shower rooms, but I'm very happy to say that Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central has it covered.
Ibis Budget concept works really well for me… just few minutos from the Tube station which takes only few minutes to LHR. Room was clean, nice shower, quiet and the night receptionist (blonde hair laid) was kind and efficient.
The facilities are kind of clean, functional, effective and that is exactly what you are paying for. They do absolutely and reliably what they should and that makes this excellent value for money. If that's not your "thing" pay more somewhere else. The thing about this Ibis Budget is how outstandingly good the staff are...there's nothing budget about that at all. Polite, friendly, exceedingly helpful. I stay in endless hotels with my work and the staff here during my stay were the equal of any I have encountered.
The room at Ibis Budget was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and facilitating a pleasant overall stay. I look forward to choosing Ibis Budget for my future visits! 🌟
The location was walking distance to Canary Wharf station, around 10 minutes. Compared to other Ibis hotels, I did think it was very basic for how expensive it was (then again, it could just be the area). The rooms were a good enough size, we stayed in a twin. Heating actually worked which Is a pleasant surprise for budget hotels!
The hotel was an Ibis budget hotel, which I hadn't realised when I booked and so the cost was very reasonable for the London area and very close to Heathrow airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Cheaper than ibis styles but still expensive for the look location and facilities
To all intents and purposes, this was equivalent to a slightly-better-than-budget hotel (eg Holiday Inn Express, Ibis Budget etc), which is exactly what I was looking for. My floor was quiet, calm and I wasn't disturbed.
Great location, staff lovely - always staffed, great value for money. I saw someone leave a review for this place and said it was just like an ibis budget, and it is (Positive obviously). However, someone left a review on trip advisor about a mouse being in the room - im not calling them liars, but since there are rooms on the bottom floor and people leave their hotel windows open… that can happen anywhere.
