Good WiFi. Perfectly located for visiting the forts etc on Hadrians wall part of which is visible from the property and about 10 mins walk. As a solo traveller traveling by train I was very grateful to the hosts collecting me from the station and also from my pub dinner. Room was perfect - warm and inviting. The Hadrian’s Wall Bus stops right outside the hotel. The room was cosy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom toiletries included hair conditioner: a wonderful, unexpected bonus! The cooked breakfasts were delicious and very good value for money. Food in general was excellent: we had dinner here every day.
