Biggest shower I've ever had in Japan. The space was surprisingly roomy. Many amenities were provided. The staff was exceptional.

We arrived too late for check-in, but the staff were incredibly helpful in providing instructions for us to check in ourselves and then complete the process the following day. The location is great in a great neighborhood, very close to the Ueno train station (where you have the Narita Express and the Shinkansen) and also the Tokyo Metro Subway. The hotel itself is great, with great conditions and great value for money. The room is a bit tight, but that's Japan for you, so I have no complaints!

The location is within walking distance of many attractions in Asakusa, and a moderate walk to several different subway lines. There is a bus stop 10 meters from the hotel, and several grocery stores. There is a rooms are large for Tokyo and very clean, there is ample space for luggage and packing, the bathroom facilities are new, with plentiful hot water.check in and out are simple and automated. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Towels and sleepwear are fresh and clean. Very quiet (6th floor room, just second from elevator).
