All of the staff was very attentive and polite. They welcomed me with a warm smile and a decent introduction for my stay. One of the staff carried my luggage to my room and explained about its facility. Their kind attitude made me feel relieved and healed after a long flight to Palawan. I truly admit it was a really great decision that I chose this hotel as my first day for my solo trip in Palawan !!

The staff is the most helpful, humble and sweetest I have ever met in the Philippines. They were very caring and always available. They helped us book all the tours and transportation and catered to our every need. If the room lacked some feature, the staff more than made up for it, doing their best and beyond to make us feel comfortable. For the human interaction, this place is a strong recommendation.

The breakfast was wonderful! Consistent, well portioned, delicious and just the thing to start the day well. Served promptly on the rooftop al fresco, just put in your order the day before. The room was very comfortable, very clean and no fuss. Although minimalist in ambiance, it was made warm and welcoming by genuine smiles and service from front and back of house. As guests who value consistency, minimalism, cleanliness, prompt genuine service, this was the perfect place for us!

24hr reception, it was extremely clean, comfy, and quiet. It was more of an emergency stay but we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We arrived late and only spent a night after driving from San Vicente (flight got cancelled and we had to rebook from PP). They were kind enough to organise airport transport for my friend at 4am. Amenity kits were provided. Breakfast was typical Filipino or American fare.
